Where do you ship?
Everywhere. Shipping is a flat $6.99 worldwide and free on all orders over $60. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on destination. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
How do custom AI tees work?
On the Create Your Rave Tee page you describe your design, our AI studio draws it in about 20 seconds, and nothing goes to print until you approve exactly what you saw. You get 8 free designs per visit, with no account and no card. Every design is a one-of-one — it has never existed before and is printed only for you.
What is your return policy?
If something's wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items get a free replacement or full refund — no return needed, just a photo. Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days (return shipping paid by the customer). Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Is the LED gear rechargeable?
Some of it. Our LED whip and app-control goggles charge over USB and run for hours on a charge. The smaller pieces — the folding fan, the fiber-optic cap and the cat-ear headbands — ship with batteries included. Every product page says which it is, and how long it lasts.
What sizes do apparel items come in?
Sizing varies by piece, and every product page lists its own range — our tees and hoodies run S–XL, some outerwear and pants run M–2XL, and a few sets run S–L. All true to size. If you're between sizes, email us your measurements and we'll tell you straight which one to pick.
