We want you glowing, not disappointed. If something’s wrong, contact us at support@raveon.fun within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items: send us a photo and we’ll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
- Wrong size or changed your mind: unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days. We’ll provide the return address when you contact us; return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Order never arrived: if tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of shipment, we’ll reship or refund in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
