Who we are
RAVE ON (“we”, “us”) operates the online store at https://raveon.fun, selling rave and festival gear worldwide. Questions about this policy or your data: support@raveon.fun.
What we collect and why
Order information. When you buy from us we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if provided) so we can process your order, deliver it, and send you order updates. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — they never touch our servers.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your name, email, and order history so you can track orders and check out faster.
Support messages. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can resolve your issue and improve support.
Drop list. If you join our email list, we store your email address to send you product drops and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
Custom tee designs. Our AI design studio lets you generate artwork for custom tees. The text prompts you submit and the images generated from them are logged and stored — we use these to print your order, prevent abuse of the tool, and review content against our acceptable-use rules. Don’t include personal information in design prompts.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function: keeping items in your cart, remembering your session, and (if you log in) keeping you signed in. Our language switcher may set a cookie to remember your language choice.
We also run two third-party advertising and measurement tags: Google Ads (through the Google for WooCommerce integration) and the TikTok Pixel. These set cookies that let us see which ads led to a purchase, and let us show ads to people who have visited the store. Neither receives your name, address or payment details. You can opt out through your browser’s cookie settings, or through the ad-settings pages Google and TikTok provide.
Who we share data with
We share the minimum needed to run the store:
- Fulfillment partners — your name and shipping address go to the supplier or print partner that ships your order.
- Payment processors — your payment is processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider; we receive only a confirmation and the last digits of your card.
- Hosting and delivery — our site runs on Hostinger with a content delivery network; server logs (IP address, pages requested) are kept for security and debugging.
- AI image generation — custom tee prompts are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate your design, subject to Google’s API data policies.
- Advertising platforms — Google and TikTok receive pageview and purchase events (no name, address or card data) so we can measure how our ads perform.
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Drop-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Design-studio prompt logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it (except records we’re legally required to keep). Email support@raveon.fun and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have these rights under GDPR/CCPA and we honor them regardless of where you live.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
